We’re proud to serve southeastern Wisconsin, managing commercial building construction from beginning to end, for over 60 years.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT encompasses the entire project scope. From site selection, local and state project approvals, and the selection of design professionals, to budget development, lender and title company concerns, and HVAC, plumbing, and electrical designs. After designs are completed, Skyline Development will bid out the entire project to prequalified subcontractors, ensuring that project budgets are maintained. All this is completed prior to the project groundbreaking.
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION is closely overseen by a Project Manager and Site Supervisor who make sure that the project meets all code, safety, and timeline requirements. Punch list items are quickly resolved in order for our client to fully enjoy and utilize the new facility or remodeled space.
